Contents: Spinach (65%), milk, olive oil, cream, wheat flour, garlic, salt and spices.

Preparation: Remove the product from the bag and heat it in a pan, stirring regularly. If desired, add water and rectify the salt. Alternatively heat in the microwave in a covered container at medium power (650W). Never heat the product in the microwave inside the bag.
